This high-quality furnished holiday apartment with underfloor heating for 3 people, plus an additional bed, is located on the ground floor, right side, and was completed in early 2022.
The apartment's proximity to the beach (5 min. walk), the town center with shops and numerous restaurants are not far away, thus offering the best conditions for a relaxing holiday in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst. The 60 m² apartment features a living room with a gas fireplace, a kitchen area, two bedrooms, a walk-in shower, insect screens, and a storage room with a washing machine. A parking space is available on the property for your car.
Bicycles etc. can be stored and charged both on the property and in a storage room belonging to the apartment in front of the house.
A cozy ambiance with a high level of living comfort awaits you in this holiday home.
This is a non-smoking apartment! Pets are not allowed! Parking space B; Shed 1b Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them through the Zimmerbörse (room exchange service). Key handover takes place at Zingster Zimmerbörse, Strandstraße 51, until 5:00 PM!

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Sie liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch die
Flaniermeile Strandstraße in Zingst ist zu Fuß richtig schnell zu erreichen und lädt zum Bummeln, Shoppen und Verweilen ein.
Die WLAN Verbindung war leider miserabel.

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, alles war sehr zufriedenstellend
Leider war das WLAN nicht stabil. Hier wäre vielleicht mal ein WLAN-Verstärker von Nöten bzw die Einstellungen im Routrer zu optimieren.

Es hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt! Genauso wie im Prospekt beschrieben! Die Damen von der Zimmerbörse in Zingst haben rund um die Uhr einen tollen Job gemacht!
Wer ein etwas größeres Auto hat, muss unter Umständen mit Problemen beim Ein -und Ausparken auf dem hauseigenen Parkplätzen rechnen.
