The maisonette apartment was completed in May 2013 and is equipped with exclusive furniture.
It is part of a historic 18th century warehouse building, where soap was boiled until the beginning of the 20th century.

A deposit is required upon key handover.
Utility costs (water, gas, and electricity) will be charged based on actual consumption, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the guest within 14 days after departure.

Die Schlafsituation unterm Dach war sehr bescheiden.Ein großes Zudeck wäre zweckmäßiger als zwei normale,die sich beide im Weg sind.

Die FeWo Alte Seifensiederei II ist ein schöner Ort mitten in Stralsund. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und tollen Orte der Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar
Nichtsdestotrotz kann man sich wunderbar in die FeWo zurückziehen und die Ruhe und den schönen Ort genießen.
