Located on a 1500m² enclosed plot in the Ville d'Automne district, 500m from the town center and shops of Arcachon and 600m from the beach, this PLEASANT 280m² VILLA is spread over two levels: Ground floor: Air-conditioned double living room with sofas and a dining area, TV, and Wi-Fi. / Indoor pool. - Separate fully equipped kitchen: 5-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher. / Laundry room with washer and dryer / Billiard room / Separate toilet.
Upstairs: - 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200) with an en-suite shower room + toilet and private terrace. - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190) with an en-suite shower room. - 1 small, non-air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed (140x190 cm) and a separate bathroom.
Separate toilet. - Sheets, towels, and tea towels provided.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Maison spacieuse et très bien située
Literie très moyenne
5 chambres sur l’annonce hors il n’y a que 4 chambres utilisables la 5eme étant sans volet
Uniquement 2 transats pour une villa accueillant jusqu’à 8 personnes c’est un peu léger

Très agréable maison aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Ce lieu magnifique aurait mérité une attention plus soignée du jardin et des ses lieux de repas.
