There’s a kitchen/diner equipped with an electric oven, induction hob and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. There’s a sitting room with a smart TV and a snug. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s narrow off-road parking for small cars, plus additional roadside parking and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, beach 1.3 miles. A seaside retreat in Merseyside awaits you at Mullans.
