The Greenhouse, is a unique building with its layout being upside down. It welcomes 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. In a great location for many activities and within walking distance of the beach and great transport links
The Greenhouse is replacement of what was once a 2 storey Greenhouse. Yes, it was bizarre but now it is beautiful.
It's an upside down house, so the bathroom and bedroom is down stairs and the larger space upstairs is the living area with kitchen, dining table and large corner sofa bed so we can accommodate 4 people. Kitted out with all new appliances, underfloor heating, smart tv's,a huge bath and stairgates if needed. You have your own outside space with off street parking and private entrance.
For an added fee we can arrange afternoon teas for you ready for your arrival or upon request and can offer beauty treatments or massages too (speak to us for more info)
In a great location for local amenities. The beach is a 25min walk or 5min drive, where you can go to Harbour Park for the rides and arcades. Pop to the Beach cafe for paddle boarding wind surfing and more, they also have a kids club. Opposite is the Wave (leisure centre)
Go for a walk down the promenade to the River Arun.
Across the river there is Littlehampton golf course (bookings to be made 7days in advance) then onto West beach where you can follow the sand dunes down to Climping.
Out of bounds is under 2miles away and has adventure nets, clip and climb, ten pin bowling, laser tag and soft play.
Slightly further afield
