This 67 m² flat, located on the top floor of a quiet residence in the city centre, has been completely renovated and decorated to offer exceptional comfort. It is air-conditioned and has a TV in each bedroom, one of which has an en suite bathroom. The flat also benefits from a high-speed fibre-optic internet connection.


The layout includes a bright living room opening onto a pleasant terrace and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with storage space and a smart TV. One of the bedrooms has its own shower room. An additional shower room and separate WC complete the layout. For added convenience, a washing machine and a private room for bicycles or pushchairs are available on the ground floor of the building.

The flat will be ready and clean for your arrival.

## Access

MASTERLOCK and AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL: Please note that in the event of an autonomous arrival (late and/or without an available appointment) the masterlock to collect the keys is located in front of our estate agency. You must first come to the agency to collect the keys before going to the flat. The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.



HOUSEHOLDING INFORMATION
Housework is included free of charge and includes cleaning after your stay as well as the hire of bed and bath linen from a professional laundry service which we also offer.

One bath towel per person is included.

We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of your trip (not for the whole stay as in a hotel): toilet paper, paper towels, washing-up liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), bin liners, floor products, kitchen towels, etc.


PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to invoice you for cleaning services if you do not respect the flat (dustbins taken out, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities, etc.)


Here are the steps that our service providers follow during cleaning
-Airing the rooms.

-Cleaning and disinfection of all points of contact (door handles, chairs, tables etc...).

-Bed linen and bath linen washed at high temperature by a professional laundry

Very quiet and residential area.

You will be located just a few minutes drive from the heart of the old town, with absolutely everything of interest around you. Beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarket, parking.


## Transit

Old Antibes is 5 min away by car.

Cannes is 15 min away.

Nice is 20 min away.

For Monaco and the Italian border, allow 45 min by motorway.


Antibes railway station is 5 min away by car, and Juan les Pins railway station is 10 min away.

A bus stop is 3 min walk from the flat.
