Step into a bright and airy open-plan area, where you can unwind on the plush seating in front of the Smart TV, warmed by the electric woodburning style stove.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar. The property boasts two double bedrooms, each fitted with a Smart TV, perfect for those lazy mornings in bed. Serving the bedrooms is a stylish shower room where you can prepare for each day. Step outside onto the enclosed decking, furnished for your relaxation, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, taking in the peaceful surroundings and stunning views of the sea. If you can tear yourself away from this peaceful haven with its acres of woodland to the north and the beach (owned by the resort) at the south with its own a bar and cafe and water sports which is available in the summer season only, head to Torpoint and spend an idyllic day out in the expansive Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park.

100 Hillside Villas is a single-storey house consisting of a kitchen with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, a dining room, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and wood-burning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with Smart TVs. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed decking area with furniture and a car park at the holiday park entrance, plus additional parking by the property. Ceramic BBQ available at an additional charge ( £25 payable directly to owner, includes 2x5kg bags of lump wood charcoal and 2 sets of natural fire starters). One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 2.1 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Note: There's a staircase up to the property. Enjoy a memorable escape to Cornwall at 100 Hillside Villas.Please note: 4 night minimum short break bookings.
