This stylish apartment is perfect for working away or a holiday , whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. This property is fully centrally heated & has a fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer , a hob, an oven, a toaster, Nespresso , a kettle and a microwave . Washing machine , iron and ironing board . The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers sky television, and additional smaller bedroom to , internet access and a music player. There is a separate bedroom in this apartment which contains a king size bed.We also have a travel cot and high chair for an infant. There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in double shower. Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is public included parking adjacent to premises - A washing machine is included for your use. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - There is a cleaning fee of £20.

Central heating, tv in bedroom, bus stop just around corner. Plenty of cooking utensils, bowls etc, been able to contact owner.
Bed uncomfortable. No spare pillows. Residents upstairs, banging about, loud tv late at night/early in morning. No bin bags.

Well-eqipped, attractive building.
On a busy road. It was tricky to access the code for the key box. Could have done with a bit more detailed explanations for how to work things.

Fantastic access to Barnstaple by bicycle along the Tarka Trail! Spacious and airy rooms, easy to regulate the temperature simply by opening and closing the curtains! Sky TV was a nice touch for a solo business traveller 👌.
