- 2 weeks: One intermediate cleaning (2 people, 2 hours): €100 + final cleaning: €325
- 3 weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at €100 each + final cleaning: €325
Tourist tax
€1 per adult per day, applicable for the first 7 days of the stay.
Low season (October to April)
- Weekly stays: provision for utilities (water, electricity, gas): €300, adjusted to actual consumption

We had a wonderful stay. The property manager was very communicative prior to arrival. Everything was as marketed regarding the house. The house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to surrounding major turist destinations. Truly a great property.
