Location: Morzine, on the outskirts of the village. Wonderfully quiet location in the idyllic Vallée de la Manche. LL cross-country ski trail/trail at the house, leads to the gondola (4 km, mostly easy to ski). Ski bus 200 m. Traditional restaurant, bar 200 m. Village centre 6 km.
House: Former farmhouse, converted into a chalet with whirlpool & sauna. Spacious 8-room house with 220 square metres of living space over 3 floors. Five double rooms, two multi-bed rooms. Cosy atmosphere, rustic and comfortable furnishings. Free internet access via W-Lan. Balcony with beautiful view. Electric night storage heating. Hot water via 750 litre electric boiler. 1 extra bed available. Please note: the chalet may only be booked for a maximum of 15 people! The additional sleeping possibilities allow a flexible room layout.
Parterre: Three double rooms. Bathroom: bath/shower, toilet. Beautiful wellness area: sauna, whirlpool, shower, toilet, loungers with a view of the winter landscape. Separate WC.
1st floor: separate entrance with storage space for ski boots, cloakroom. Cosy living room (approx. 45 m²) with rustic wooden beamed ceiling, pellet stove, seating area, satellite TV, dining tables, modern kitchen area (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer). Double bedroom. 3-bed room. Bathroom: bath/shower, toilet. Separate WC.
Aloft with wood-panelled sloping ceilings: Double room. 5-bed room. Bathroom: bath/shower, toilet.
