Apartment in a building in the heart of Trastevere, it is located in one of the most fascinating neighborhoods of the city.
Located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people). There is a flight of stairs.
In 119 m2 of space, it accommodates 4 people with two bedrooms and three complete bathrooms.
It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the Trastevere Parking, a 5-minute walk away.
The property is located in a restricted traffic zone.

Kitchenette complete with four gas burners, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee and moka machine, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.

AC split. BATHROOM 1. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, hairdryer and washing machine. BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, TV and wardrobe.

ATTENTION: to open the windows of the two bedrooms, you must climb a step. - From Fiumicino airport you can reach the flat by region train from Fiumicino airport railway station to Roma Trastevere stop, where you have to take the 8 "Venezia" bus line, from Stazione Trastevere stop to Trastevere/Min. P. Istruzione stop, a 5 minute walk from the accomodation. - From Roma Termini railway station, you can reach the apartment by H "Dei Capasso" bus line, from Termini (H) stop to Trastevere/Min. Pubblica Istruzione stop, a 5 minute walk from the flat. If you're travelling by car, please mind the LTZ from 06:00 am to 10:00 am throughout the year and, also, from 09:00 pm to 03:00 am from June to August.
You can park for a fee in the street (not guaranteed) or, alternatively, you can leave your car for a fee at Trastevere Parking, a 5-minute walk away The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival. In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm. Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).

The property itself was wonderful and well appointed. We loved the location and convenience. Check in process and communication were terrible and the apartment “key” process was very inefficient
