You can park your car in front of the villa, in the cul-de-sac, ensuring convenient, secure parking. Residents of Villa Serenità have access to all the amenities of the Vistabella Golf complex, including the 18-hole golf course, padel tennis courts, and boules courts.
There are also bars, restaurants, a mini-market and a cash machine within walking distance of the villa. There is a bus stop inside the complex, making it easy to get to Torrevieja and La Zenia shopping centre.
In addition, private parking is available at the villa, providing convenient and secure parking. Access to the villa is simple thanks to our connected lock and intercom.
