In the heart of the Pyrenees of Haute-Garonne, halfway between the ski resort of Mourtis and that of Luchon (16km), the Domaine des 3 Marmottes will seduce you in both summer and winter! In the village of Cierp-Gaud, this beautiful stone house opens its door to you, whether you are a seasoned sportsman, a hiker, a cycle tourist or a holidaymaker in search of calm and well-being. You are notably 2km from the Pyrénées-Hô leisure park, 4km from Lac de Géry, a leisure center with many activities: fishing, fish farming, pony rides, paddle, pedal boat, pétanque... And 17km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of the most beautiful villages in France! Spain 15km away.

The house is arranged on 3 levels:
- on the ground floor: the entrance hall serves on one hand the breakfast room which opens onto the south-facing terrace, on the other hand a living room with fireplace and television and a large living room where meals are served at the table d'hôtes. An indoor sauna is available for the well-being of guests.
- on the first floor, two double bedrooms: "Le Burat" (1 double bed 160cm with shower room open to the bedroom and separate toilet) and "L'Escalette" (1 double bed 160cm, shower room and separate toilet).
- on the second floor under the eaves, a family room: "L'Aneto" with, in a row, the children's bedroom (2 single beds 90cm), the parents' bedroom (1 double bed 160cm, and a double sink) and the shower and separate toilet.
