With capacity for 4 people, distributed over two floors and independent garage space with communal access, it is the ideal retreat to discover Las Lagunas de Fuengirola and the whole of the Costa del Sol. The strategic location allows easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and tourist attractions such as water parks, the beach and golf courses.



Outside, you will have a large garden with access to three communal swimming pools where you can sunbathe or enjoy a good book in the shade of the trees (although there are no sunbeds or outdoor furniture in the communal areas). There is also a private garden area with a charcoal barbecue and direct access to the nearest garden and pool. The glazed covered terrace with furniture, TV and sofa complements the private space for quiet moments in the urbanisation. 🌳🔥🏊‍♂️

The house is distributed over two floors plus basement/garage, designed to offer comfort and functionality. On the ground floor you will find a stylishly decorated living-dining room, air conditioning with heat pump, independent and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and juicer. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor for your convenience. 🍽️❄️



On the upper floor, two bedrooms with centralised air-conditioning provide a cosy space to relax. One has a double bed, access to an outdoor terrace and a wardrobe, while the other has two single beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a walk-in shower serves this floor. The modern and practical decoration ensures a comfortable stay for everyone. 🛏️🌬️



The property also has facilities such as a washing machine, hairdryer, central heating, two televisions and wifi internet access so that you will have everything you need during your stay. The private garage within the same building facilitates parking. There is also a paddle tennis court available for sports lovers.
