Authentic imposing traditional barn of character from the 18th century, steeped in history & carefully restored, adjoining an elegant church in the heart of a peaceful & picturesque little Burgundian village, perfectly preserved.
In the middle of gentle rolling countryside, on the borders of Chalonnais and Tournugeois-Clunisois, on the edge of two vast wild forests (the Bois du Grand Bragny & the Forêt domaniale de la Ferté / to explore during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides), in the hollow of the bucolic Grosne valley (& its nearby fish-filled river), magnificent preserved setting of nature & greenery combining hillsides of vineyards & beautiful hedged meadows dotted with ponds, protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" & ZNIEFF for its rich fauna & flora ecosystems.
