The residence, completely renovated in 2024, entices with five exclusive 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments.
Here, the name of each residential unit says it all.
Due to the mild climate, various types of citrus fruits grow on the property.
All you have to do is choose your favorite apartment from Oranges, Lemons, Mandarins, Cedro, and Mapo, and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday.
The interior design, created with great taste and attention to detail, plays gently with materials, allowing you to find concrete next to original wooden beams and iron girders.
This mixture, combined with modern comforts such as free Wi-Fi internet access, a dishwasher, and cable TV, gives the entire ambiance a very special flair.
The apartments also feature free air conditioning, which is rarely needed due to the all-day sunny location.
Thanks to the hillside location and the thick old walls of the house, a pleasant indoor climate prevails throughout all seasons.
Each apartment has either a balcony or a terrace from which you can enjoy a gigantic view of the lake and the mountains.
In front of each apartment entrance, there is a charging station for e-bikes.
A communal garden with an approximately 35 m² sun terrace and barbecue is also available for all guests.

Sehr modern eingerichtet, die Ausblick ist Atemberaubend toll, alles sehr gepflegt und ordentlich
Die Gäste kann man sich leider nicht aussuchen. Es wurde jeden abend sehr lange Zigarre oder Pfeiffe geraucht, was dann alles zu uns in die obere Etage zog bzw auch in die Wohnung. Das war nicht sehr schön

De stilte.
Het appartement ligt hoog met relatief kleine smalle wegen er naartoe.
Naar het dorp lopen gaat goed maar terug….!
