Beautiful and very spacious bungalow just 2 minutes’ walk from the sandy beach in southern Tenerife.
Fully and comfortably equipped with an open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a large air-conditioned lounge with leather sofas and armchairs, big plasma TV, 3 bathrooms, a large terrace with natural grass and a wide stone barbecue area, plus stunning ocean views and comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. There are 2 terraces offering unforgettable views of the ocean and the island of La Gomera.
Sunsets over the sea are truly spectacular.
This bungalow is perfect for large families and groups of friends, as thanks to additional folding and inflatable beds, it is suitable for a comfortable stay of up to 10 people, for complete relaxation and enjoying Tenerife's magic climate. Just 60 metres away is the extensive and comfortable La Pinta sandy beach.
In the area, you can enjoy water sports such as water skiing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, parasailing, catamaran trips, and whale and dolphin watching excursions. A shopping centre is only 350 metres away, with a supermarket, numerous shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, hairdressers, and banks.
There are 5 golf courses in southern Tenerife, and the villa is next to the main one, Las Américas Golf.
Other nearby courses include Abama Golf, Golf Costa Adeje, and Golf del Sur.
