Gute Erreichbarkeit - Parkplatz vor dem Haus - Fahrstuhl für viel Gepäck - Fußbodenheizung

An einer Fensterfront (ausgerechnet die mit den größten und meisten Fenstern) rauchte den ganzen Tag ein Schornstein vom Nachbarhaus, so dass man nicht einmal vernünftig lüften konnte. Der Schornstein hatte die gleiche Höhe wie unsere Fenster.

Die Lage ist super zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
