25 Manleigh Park, a single-storey caravan, consists of a kitchen with electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, and kettle, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV and Wi-Fi. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with furniture, plus communal picnic benches, and off-road parking for one car. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 1.1 miles. 23 Manleigh Park is a wonderful escape to Devon, whatever time of year. Note: There are four steps up to the lodge; please take care. Note: Guests have access to a shared on-site launderette. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Pets must be kept on leads at all times while on site.
