A very quiet apartment on the canal in the Dorsoduro district.
The "Gallerie dell'Accademia of Venice" is a few minutes of walk away, and the "Saint Mark's square" is 15 minutes away.
This quiet and bright ground-floor apartment (22 m²) borders the canal.
The furniture is in shades of blue and white, perfectly complementing the exposed ceiling beams.
The living room (11 m² - southeast facing) has a large window that looks out onto the Romite Canal.
It contains a sofa, a table, and two folding chairs.
The kitchenette is off of the living room, and is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences (a microwave and a glass ceramic cooktop with two burners) and has all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need.
The bedroom (8 m² - northeast facing) opens onto the yard shared by the rest of the building and has a double bed, a bedside table, a dresser, and a closet.
The bathroom (2.4 m²) is small and fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet.
A small hallway (1 m²) with lots of closet space runs between the various rooms in the apartment.
A multilingual agent will welcome you on-site for your arrival and will be there for your departure.
Situated in the south of Venice in the Dorsoduro district, the San Trovaso neighbourhood has held onto its small village identity.
Near the church of San Trovaso are two squares, one of which borders the canal lined with beautiful palaces that now house universities, schools, and small shops.
The other square is mpty and quiet, opening onto Venice's most beautiful canals (Ognissanti, Romite)—a painter’s paradise.
Most of the local bars and pastry shops on the San Trovaso Canal and Calle della Toletta are frequented by the locals who meet for an afternoon drink or by tourists who have come to admire one of the only four squeros (gondola boatyards) still operating in Venice, and the only one that has kept its traditional look.
The Gallerie dell'Accademia is only a stone's throw away, while the Piazza San Marco is only a 15-minute walk away. -cleaning fees include also laundry service (sheets, towels, dishtowel) as well as costs for water, gas and electricity. -a mandatory tourist tax due to Venice city’s legislation will be asked to your arrival ((1.50€ / night / pers for +16 years old, 50% for 10-16 years old, free for child under 10 years old). -The kitchenette is quite cramped.
Sleeping details -1 double bed (140 cm)
