The apartment complex "Maarberg Resort" has been completely renovated and newly equipped. It is beautifully situated on the outskirts of Schalkenmehren am See, on a slope at the edge of the forest. The lake and village centre are only approx. 400 m away. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from many of the holiday flats at the Maarberg Resort. Each flat has WLAN/WIFI internet access. House with new sauna (also for private use) and new jacuzzi in the sauna room. The beautiful outdoor facilities with ornamental ponds and waterfalls will inspire you!

Studio Vulkanpanorama in the Maarberg Resort:
Elegant, completely newly furnished studio for 2 persons. Approx. 31 square metres of living space, terrace facing the lake and ornamental pond. The studio is at ground level (3 steps in front of the terrace) and offers a beautiful view of the lake, the marvellous landscape and the well-tended ornamental pond. Sit in the flat or on the terrace and let yourself be enchanted by the view.
Living/bedroom with high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm double bed). So nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep. There is also a large, 127 cm HD/3D television of the new generation. You have a large selection of TV and radio stations in many languages (4 satellites). There is also a 3D Blueray player and DVD player. Music system with radio, CD etc. There is internet access with WIFI (Wlan).

The bright and friendly furnished flat conveys a natural flair with lots of wood and stone.
It is a non-smoking flat (smokers please use the terrace or outdoor area)
The new fitted kitchen has a 4 plate cooker (ceramic hob) and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, 2 coffee machines (filter and pad machine, Bosch-Tassimo). Toaster, kettle etc. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and crockery for the maximum possible number of people are of course available. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge.
The dining area is suitable for 2 people. The wardrobe has a full-length mirror.

You can walk across the terrace and the ornamental pond (small bridge) directly to the car park with a key from the patio door. This gives you another separate entrance via the terrace.

The bathroom has a particularly exclusive design!
It has a 2-person whirlpool. Pamper yourself in the whirlpool with light therapy, the whirlpool function and many other functions. A radio is also integrated.
Special bath salts for the whirlpool are available free of charge.
There is a flat-screen TV in the bathroom. Watch a nice film on the TV or pop in a good DVD while enjoying a relaxing bath.
For special enjoyment, we have a DVD with open fire, sunrises etc. ready for you.

A separate steam shower provides a special treat. A steam function is integrated here, similar to a steam sauna (with seat), as well as a rain shower, side massage jets and foot massage jets. Radio, light therapy, etc.

If you want to eat really well on the terrace, you will find another dining table as a folding table to take away on each floor in front of the flats.

The flat has central heating and of course one or two separate entrances. It is possible to use the entrance via the terrace and the small bridge or through the house and the main entrance.

In the house: Reception hall with reception. The sauna is located in the basement of the "Maarberg Resort". You can also use the new sauna on your own (lockable). Also in the basement a room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the reception hall you will find hiking maps, postcards and free information material on the many excursion destinations and leisure activities in the region. There is also a drinks fridge in the reception hall with drinks to take away on a trust basis. Large aquarium in the entrance area / reception.

The outdoor area will inspire you!
Two beautifully and elaborately designed ornamental ponds with koi and other fish, 2 waterfalls, 2 streams and a well-kept ornamental gravel area are part of the complex. The outdoor facilities are romantically illuminated in the evening. There are also turtles in the ponds. Sit comfortably with a coffee or a cocktail on the balcony or terrace and watch the fish and turtles. Or gaze out over the valley to the lake.
Further outside: plenty of parking spaces, a bicycle storage area. A barbecue area with a view of the lake is located behind the house.

There are good restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities in the village. In the district town of Daun, 5 km away, you will also find many shopping facilities and supermarkets.
