This pretty Casa Girones house is located in the seaside resort of L'Estartit.
This holiday home has been equipped with all the comforts imaginable: you not only have a swimming pool behind the garden, you also have the beautiful sandy beach just 500 meters from the house! The warm centre of L'Estartit is a 5-minute walk from the property where you can walk through its streets or its boulevard leading you to the lively port of this old fishing village.
You also have a supermarket with bakery (200 meters!), where you can buy fresh orange juice and croissants for breakfast in the morning.
The property has a back terrace that has direct access to the communal pool with solarium.
At the front of this house there is also another terrace, with barbecue! Casa Girones has 2 floors: on the ground floor is the living room with dining area, sofa bed, kitchen, toilet and entrance to the garden.
On the first floor you have the night space with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
