Just a short distance from local amenities and offering a taste of luxury, this spacious home boasts truly stunning interiors and gardens, with a sought-after a hot tub, and welcoming two well-behaved pets making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
Upon arrival, ample off-road parking on the gravelled driveway and under the carport make unloading a breeze; here, you can also admire the wisteria growing on the building, giving a quintessentially quaint feeling, despite the grandeur of the home.
Step inside the property where you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped with a great selection of amenities to cater to your culinary needs, each tucked away into tasteful furniture which adds to the overall opulent feel of the property.
Perfect for preparing home-cooked meals and enjoying them together, guests can dine at the table and toast to their getaway with a glass of fizz.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a utility room, providing additional convenience during your stay, and a quirky cloakroom decorated with a magazine collage to create another characteristic feature within the property.
The ground floor hosts two inviting sitting rooms, each boasting a Smart TV and an open fire, ideal for relaxing evenings in.
Each room as its own character and charm, with decor complementing the characterful wooden beams and the overall charm of the property.
For those seeking a quiet retreat, the snug, complete with a plush sofa and a selection of books, provides the perfect spot for some downtime.
The property boasts five beautifully presented bedrooms spread across three floors.
On the first floor, you'll find a California-king with an en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, accessible via a flight of stairs from the bedroom itself.
Also on this floor is a king-size bedroom with a similar en-suite, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom, providing flexibility for your group.
The second floor hosts a twin bedroom with an en-suite, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.
A family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC completes the interior of this delightful abode.
Outside, the property offers a non-enclosed sitting area with a patio, complete with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for those warm summer evenings.
A second patio features a hot tub, set within a fully-decked area with additional seating, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Norfolk's stunning coastline.
This lovely old farmhouse is in a super location - the quieter outskirts of the village, but it’s easy walking distance both into the main part of the village, and down to both the North and South beaches at Heacham, and a short distance from the property you will find a large village pond a few metres along the road; an ideal spot for having a sit on the benches and watching the ducks.
The village of Heacham itself has many amenities such as a small supermarket, post office, and of course, several local pubs, or guests can head over to the Victorian coastal town of Hunstanton, with even more amenities and known for its distinctive stripey cliffs and ideal kite surfing opportunities.
Embark on a journey under the sea at SEA LIFE Hunstanton, home to a plethora of magnificent marine life.
Wander the breathtakingly beautiful Norfolk Lavender fields, offering an array of charming colours, tantalising fragrances, and fascinating tours.
For nature enthusiasts, a trip to the RSPB Snettisham is essential, a wildlife haven with views to remember.
History buffs will marvel at the intrigue of The Wreck Of The Steam Trawler Sheraton resting on Snettisham Beach, a stunning coastline spot for a day of sun, sand, and sea.
Satisfy your taste for adventure with a long walk at Ringstead Downs, an enchanting natural landscape offering spectacular views and diverse wildlife encounters.
Further round the coast in either direction, or travelling more inland, you are surrounded by North Norfolk’s AONB and stunning coastline and numerous historic market towns and villages such as Holme, Thornham, Brancaster, Cley next the Sea, Blakeney (perfect for spotting seals basking on the sandbanks at low tide), and further round Burnham Market, Holt and Fakenham.
This location is simply a haven for walkers, cyclists, golfers, and those with pets looking to take in the local scenery.
Visit the Holkham Hall Estate, Blickling Hall, Sandringham House and Gardens, Oxbrough Hall and many RSPB and wildlife attractions.
Your stay at Malthouse Farm will not only be filled with relaxation but also incredible coastal adventures and natural beauty.
