Cozy apartment that accommodates up to 3 people, equipped with the main comforts for a pleasant stay.
The accommodation is located just 7 minutes walk from Bari Centrale station and 10 minutes from Aldo Moro University and the Petruzzelli Theatre, in an ideal position for visiting Bari comfortably and without transport.
Furthermore, in about twenty minutes on foot you can reach the beach or the center.
Free herringbone parking is available in front of the apartment (not guaranteed). The 45 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift: therefore, it is necessary to climb 44 steps to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction cooker, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and traditional oven - Living area with sofa bed (PLEASE NOTE: the mattress is thin), split A/C and Smart TV with Amazon fire stick - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Balcony.
Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating by split, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
OTHER INFORMATION: - The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in. - Parking is not included, but outside the apartment there are free parking (NOT guaranteed) and there is a muncipal parking (for a fee) on the other side of the street in Largo Ciaia. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Comunicazione e disponibilità impeccabile,una collaboratrice , pur essendo in malattia, ha fatto del suo meglio per essere utile.posizione ottima,però un po' rumoroso di notte.tutto perfetto tranne l esiguità dei servizi e le Reti sduse ormai.rapoorto qualità prezzo veramente soddisfacente.

Месторасположение отличное, в пешей доступности от вокзала и автостанции. До старого города минут 10-15 прогулочным шагом. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. Единственным минусом был запах плесени. К сожалению, его нельзя было ни выветрить, ни перебить аромадиффузором. Скорее всего это проблема многих домов, так как в Бари высокая влажность.

Doskonała lokalizacja, ładna kamienica, wszystkie podstawowe produkty dostępne w obiekcie łącznie z kawą i ekspresem. wygodny materac, przestronne wnętrze. brak wieszaków w szafie, ręczniki nie były prane ani razu podczas tygodniowego pobytu, skończył się papier toaletowy. okna nie są zbyt szczelne i słychać było mocno uliczny zgiełk.
