The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals, keeping the holiday spirit simple and easy, with a four-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Downstairs, the sleeping area features two bedrooms: one with two single beds (80 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm).
A bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, along with a separate toilet, complete this level.
You also have access to a private garage, No. 22.

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period.
This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company. * A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental.
The premises must be left perfectly clean.
If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained. * The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque. * The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) : * Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock * Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock * Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
