Renovated former farmhouse in a peaceful rural setting, 10 km from St Philbert de Grand Lieu (with a beach open in summer), 13 km from Grand Lieu Lake, and 24 km from Nantes (adjoining another 7-person gîte).
Private parking on site.
50 m² enclosed terrace and garden (east-facing).
Ground floor: living room (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed), fitted kitchen/dining area, and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 cm bed), shower room, and separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair on request, electric car charging point.
Included: bed linen.
Not included: electricity, electric underfloor heating, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (mandatory for business travelers and if pets are present - €50), and tourist tax. Pets accepted free of charge (deposit €100 - no pets allowed in the sleeping area).

Très agréable gîte , décoré avec soin et très fonctionnel . L’emplacement est très calme . Les pièces sont spacieuses . L’extérieur est un plus appréciable . Nos amis les chiens sont les bienvenus . Tout était parfait ! Merci à Mickael et son épouse . Nous reviendrons .

Het huis was perfect, alles netjes, schoon en volledig. Best nieuw en met smaak en goede spullen ingericht. Heel goed bed. Ook heel goed kunnen koken en heerlijke tuin met veel zon. Enige nadeel is de host. Bij aankomst niemand gezien. Pas rondom vertrek een berichtje en alsnog niemand gezien. Jammer, want heg persoonlijke contact en welkom maakt voor one een Airbnb juist compleet.
