This bright and modern holiday apartment is located in the sought-after holiday region of Cala Fornells-Paguera in the southwest of the island.
Enjoy a fantastic sea view from the terrace as well as from almost all rooms, looking over the rooftops of the complex. The apartment offers an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjoining modern kitchen.
From the living room, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead to the spacious 35 m² terrace, which is partially covered, offering pleasant shade even on hot days.
Here you can relax on the sun loungers and soak up the Mediterranean flair.
The sea view remains impressive, visible through the complex's buildings and lush vegetation.
Two separate dining areas in the covered section invite you to start the day with a cozy breakfast and end the evening in a relaxed manner.
The bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, also offers a beautiful partial sea view through the complex. The complex's amenities, including direct sea access and the communal pool with an attached restaurant offering sea views, are just a few steps away.
Two more restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket (closed during winter months from November to March) complete the offerings.
However, the ideal location makes the apartment a year-round holiday destination: the picturesque sandy beaches of Paguera, the charming pebble cove of Cala Fornells, and the lively town center with its diverse restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance.

Cala Fornells is a quiet location directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are easily accessible on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafes serving international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea and the beach in front of them along the various beach promenades. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A little further on, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wood, you can reach other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

The views from the apartment and the quietness of the area. Very relaxing.
Being at the top of the hill and having to go down hundreds of steps or down a very steep road to get to main town and supermarkets. Very tiring coming back up carry shopping from the supermarket,especially in the heat.

Wir mögen die Aldea und hatten schon öfter Wohnungen dort.
Der Vorteil bei diesem Apartment ist, dass es keine Stufen zur Wohnung hat und die Terrasse groß ist, mit zwei Liegen und einem zusätzlichen, total windgeschützten Essbereich. Der Blick in die Bucht ist eingeschränkt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war auch sehr sauber und gepflegt.
