On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, complemented by a laundry room and pantry. This floor also includes an en-suite double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and two additional bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath).


The first floor has an en-suite double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy.


The villa has air conditioning and Wi-Fi for a more pleasant stay.


Outdoors, an outdoor dining area and a BBQ create the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The private pool (heatable as an optional extra) is ideal for cooling off on hot days, while sun loungers invite you to relax. For entertainment, there is a ping-pong table and snooker.

You don't need to hire a car, but if you prefer, we'll be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.


If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


Heating the pool is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


Group deposit: €150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).


Please note that the occupancy of this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 14th guest an additional fee will be charged which includes an additional bed
