Very attractive 81m2 flat located in the heart of Bordeaux, close to the Cathedral and the Hôtel de Ville district.
The flat is in excellent condition and has recently been renovated and furnished to a high standard by an interior designer.
This is a flat with old-fashioned features (solid parquet flooring, high ceilings) located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a small, very quiet condominium.
It comprises 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200cm) and one with 2 single beds, served by a corridor (with storage space), a large living room with sofa area and dining area, a separate fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso). The living room and kitchen open onto an inner courtyard (glass roof), while the 2 bedrooms open onto the street (semi-pedestrianised street with very little traffic).
Ideal location, you will be 2 steps from all the listed sites, transport (tram stop "Hôtel de ville" 50 metres away), shops, restaurants, cafés, and you can enjoy the city on foot during your stay.
Beware, you are close to the shopping area, so there is no direct access by car, you will need to park before arriving, the "St Christoly" car park is located 100 metres away.

Good location in a great area. Flat a good size. Felt a bit shabby in places but a decent base for a short city break.

Very nice apartment in the heart of the city. very walkable to the river and city attractions. parking was quite convenient - only a few blocks from the apartment, but no lift so pack lightly! Would definitely stay there again. Hostess was very helpful and check-in/out was seamless. There were 2 couples and we were all quite comfortable.
