Outdoors, you’ll find a well-kept garden and a covered terrace—ideal for relaxing.
A small electric grill is available for cozy evenings.
Two free parking spaces are right at the house, offering plenty of room even for larger groups.
The apartment has the typical charm of the 70s and 80s and is being lovingly renovated step by step to combine comfort and originality.
A local inn with Bavarian cuisine is right on site—no need to drive.
The region is perfect for excursions: Passau, Vilshofen, Ortenburg Wildlife Park, and Pullman City are all within easy reach.
Nature lovers will enjoy the Bavarian Forest National Park.
Pets (max. 2) are allowed for an extra charge—please note there are several cats on the property.
