Newly built holiday home, comfortably and modernly furnished and equipped with a garden with a covered veranda, near the long sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore on the Versilia coast.
The two-storey holiday home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is located in a quiet countryside area 4 km from the sea. Ideal holiday home for families, the covered and furnished veranda overlooking the garden is particularly inviting.

The fine sand and sandy beaches of the seaside resorts of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi can be reached in 15 minutes by car. La casa è molto bella e funzionale, un po’ fuori mano come posizione. L’attrezzatura per il giardino andrebbe rinnovata con nuovi lettini prendisole in quanto rotti e poco resistenti. Sarebbero state utili zanzariere e una zona d’ombra nella proprietà
per auto che rimane sotto il sole per l’intera giornata.

I would advise anyone traveling nearby to stop by this place. The shaded porch overlooking the garden became our go-to spot, ideal for breakfast and late-night pizza. The WiFi was strong, allowing us to manage work while soaking in the laid-back atmosphere. Everything felt fresh and contemporary, enhancing our enjoyable stay.

De tuinmeubels waren een leuke toevoeging, en we hebben veel tijd buiten doorgebracht om van de frisse lucht te genieten, De locatie is vredig, en het duurde maar ongeveer 15 minuten om naar het strand te rijden, Perfect voor een ontspannen uitje!
