For a successful stopover in Nice, just a few steps from the magnificent Promenade des Anglais, come and enjoy a fully air-conditioned flat with an optimised layout!


Located on the second floor of a building with a lift, the flat is a fully-equipped studio bathed in light. Decorated in a colourful azure style, you'll also be able to enjoy a lovely shaded terrace on summer evenings.


The layout of the flat is as follows
- As you enter the flat, you will find a large walk-in wardrobe on your right to store your luggage and personal belongings. On your left is the shower room with vanity unit, WC, walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

- Moving forward, the hallway opens onto a beautiful, ideally appointed living room. The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, induction hob, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) opens onto a dining area with dining tables and chairs.

- The second part of the room will be your living area & sleeping area at the same time, equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video applications, free WiFi connection & a sofa that converts into a standard size bed (140x190).

- The living area opens up thanks to large bay windows onto a spacious terrace so you can enjoy a quiet breakfast.


A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee, tea).


The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in complete serenity. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.


The flat is located just 500 metres from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, where you can swim in the azure waters. You will also be less than 5 minutes' walk from the "Alsace Lorraine" tramway station, line 2, which serves Nice port and airport from one end to the other, passing through Place Masséna and Vieux-Nice on the way.
