The accommodation was clean and comfortable and hosts very responsive and left thoughtful treats for us. The property is in a good position to explore Barnstaple and the surrounding coast line and estuaries.

Attending an event in Barnstaple, so ideally situated. Owner very responsive to messages and Devon Tea Welcome pack a lovely touch.
Only downside was the lack of a freezer section in the fridge.

The rooms were set up lovely and nice little touches around the caravan. A lovely gesture of cream tea. Towels were provided. Things were colour coordinated. We had pretty much everything we needed for our weekend stay thank you 😊
My ONLY downside was nowhere to put frozen things in. (That I could see so My apologies if there was) My daughter loves an ice pole and she couldn't freeze any.
