Information about the host At the southern edge of the village with a view of the mountains, 10 minutes walk to the town center, below Trautersdorf, our newly built in 2016 vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of our family home.
Via an outside staircase you reach the completely furnished vacation apartment (approx. 45sqm).
Through the hallway you enter the south-facing living room with satellite TV (flat screen) and south-facing balcony.
Here you have a wonderful view of meadows, forests and the Chiemgau Alps with the local mountain "Kampenwand".
The high-quality fitted kitchen integrated into the living room is equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4-plate stove, refrigerator incl. freezer, etc.
Bathroom with shower/washbasin/WC equipped with hairdryer.
From the hallway you reach the separate bedroom with double bed (160x200) with open gallery via a solid wood staircase a built-in wardrobe with separate suitcase compartment offers enough storage space, stereo/dab+.
WLAN- guest access is available free of charge.
All rooms with windows, controlled living room ventilation.
Non-smoking apartment.
No animals allowed.
Bicycle storage room and parking space at the house. terms/extras The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = 2 EUR.

Die Lage des Hauses, sehr ruhig man konnte gut entspannen und sich erholen. Die Fahrräder, konnte man extra unterstellen, schöne Umgebung. Zum Chiemsee kam man sehr schnell hin. Gute Möglichkeiten, sowie gute Fahrradwege. Auch die Umgebung in den nächsten Orte, wie Ruhpolding u.s.w, konnten schnell erreicht werden.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub am Chiemsee. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und auch sehr sauber.
