The Beaches, 23 Trusthorpe Road is a wonderful cottage in the heart of Sutton-On-Sea, Lincolnshire.

With off-road parking for two small cars, close proximity to the beach, and welcoming up to three well-behaved pets, this delightful retreat is perfect for families or friends seeking a coastal escape.

As you enter, you will be charmed by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped with all the essentials for your self-catering stay.

Adjacent to this, you will find a handy utility room housing a washing machine and freezer, perfect for those longer stays.

The heart of the home is undoubtedly the living/dining room, where you can gather with your loved ones around the dining table for a home-cooked meal, before sinking into the plush sofas and tuning into the Smart TV. On cooler evenings, ignite the woodburning stove and enjoy a comforting night in. When it's time to retire for the evening, choose from one of the four well-presented bedrooms.

The largest bedroom boasts a Smart TV, a super king-size bed and a sofa bed which sleeps two for flexible sleeping arrangements, whilst the king and twin rooms offer a serene space to rest.

The location was superb for the beautiful beach and great facilities in the village. The house had almost everything we needed for a family of 8.

Having to work out the hot water system and wait for it to heat water for a bath.

Beautiful house, is in need of tlc but doesn’t affect your stay. Stone throw to the beach. Secure patio areas for dogs. Loads of board games puzzles etc. Games table absolutely brilliant! Had a very enjoyable 60th birthday with family. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

We had a lovely Christmas break at the Beaches. The property was huge and in a great location a stones throw from the beach. Sutton on sea was a lovely little town and the house was an easy walk to all amenities. We enjoyed traditional family time playing the large selection of board games available in the property.
