The Old Stable is a single-storey barn conversion, situated in the perfect location for beach lovers and walkers alike.
This welcoming cottage is a real romantic retreat with overlooking views of the beautiful Porth Joke beach and is a short walk from Holywell Bay, now famous as the beach used in the Poldark TV series.
Situated as one of the last houses before America, the cottage, named after the old stable it was converted from, is set at the very end of a long, private lane with only the adjoining cottage and farmhouse as neighbours, giving you tranquility even at the height of summer.
You enter the cottage through the porch and utility area, an ideal place to store bikes or surfboards, before passing through into the open-plan living room which is full of character and exposed beams throughout.
With a well-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting areas with a feature old stone fireplace the Old Stable is a real homely cottage.
The bathroom with a double shower is situated next to the double bedroom which completes the tasteful accommodation.
Outside the cottage is a private garden to relax after a day spent on the beach or walking the stunning coastal path.
This charming property is perfect for a romantic getaway whatever time of year.

One double bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Off road parking for 1 car. Small enclosed garden with lawn and seating area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.25 miles, pub 0.5 miles, beach 0.75 miles. The Old stable will be an ideal base for your next Cornish adventure. Note: Property can be booked with the adjoining cottage, Lewannick barn ref 933519. which together can accommodate four people. Note: Adults only, no children.
