King size bedroom with balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome, please note, no dogs allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included. Shop and pub 2.9 miles. Lingcombe Barn is your idyllic base. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
