Die Lage zum Strand! Zum Glück hat die Baustelle nebenan noch nicht begonnen.

Geruch im Treppenhaus..
Wohnungstür ist eine Zimmertür, also außen mit Klinke anstatt Knauf.
Duschkopfhalterung fehlt! Allerdings wurde Besserung zugesagt vom Büro.

Wohnung,schnell und gut zu erreichen. Sehr Strandnah.
Das man mit dem Hund weit laufen und fahren muss um an den Strand oder der Hundewiese zu kommen. Und das man mit dem Hund im Körbchen nicht über dem Deich nach Otterndorf fahren kann.
