The prompt and clear communication with the staff and their availability
The house itself, its surroundings and how easy it is to get to the freeway to get to anywhere.
The kitchen could have a couple more pots and pans.
Some bowls and kitchen knives to prepare food could also be useful.

The house is in the excellent location right beside the motorway but still very quiet. The house is well equipped. The host provided has great communication and provided a video presentation how to enter to a property without keys. Very secured area. Also there are some local place right next to a house where you can have a lunch or dinner. Highly recommended 5+ star accommodation and host.
