Casa Il Butto is a detached house with a garden, located in the historic center of Erve, just a few kilometers from Lake Como.
Once a barn, it was completely renovated in 2024. Now the house is cozy and ideal for families and small groups seeking fresh air and peace at the foot of Mount Resegone. The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to five guests.
It features a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances, two bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine, and a living room with a sofa bed. On the second floor, you will find a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. Casa Il Butto is child-friendly and provides a cot, accessories, books, and games free of charge.
In the front garden, you can have a picnic; blanket and basket are provided at no extra cost.
Families with children are especially welcome. Surrounded by nature, amenities include a TV and wi-fi. An iron is available on request.
Air conditioning is not needed: just open the windows to enjoy the fresh air. Public street parking is free.
Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking or hosting parties. The property provides instructions for proper recycling; further information is available on site.

Nicely renovated house with enough space for a family of four and a cozy garden. Great attention for details by the host when we mentioned young kids (chair, bed, toys). Fast en easy communication, very friendly and helpful.
It did not really bother us but WiFi would be nice as Italian television is difficult for foreigners.
