Inside, find richly decorated spaces full of character. Ground Floor - An impressive entrance hallway opens to the exquisitely decorated lounge with a balcony terrace furnished with comfy rattan furniture and a small dining table, perfect for sunny breakfasts.
Extending from the living room is a guest bathroom/WC and an elegant dining room with round table and chairs for more formal dining, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen ensuring that catering at home is a joy, with a large range of utensils and good quality appliances. First Floor - An ornate staircase leads upwards to the opulent master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, adjoining dressing room and private balcony with sunbeds and sea views.
Tucked neatly away at the rear of the villa are 2 further impressively dressed bedrooms, sharing a third bathroom. Second Floor The staircase continues on to an upper floor which has a cozy reading nook with sofa and door leading to the highest terrace, where panoramic town and ocean views are unbeatable. Lower Ground Floor Descending from the ground floor, another surprise awaits with a second living zone including a large Tv lounge, 2 further bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms.

Great vacation house for bigger groups. Superb location with an easy connection to the beautiful town of Tavira. Very nice and well kept garden with a swimming pool. All neccessary equipment in place. Last but not least - excellent service from Rachel and her Team - big thank you once again.

We loved this villa - it was so big with lots of beautiful outdoor space. There was more than enough room for our two families (9 in total). The indoor space was great too and all the areas had air conditioning. There was loads of crockery and glasses etc

Great villa for a large family group. Very spacious and the gardens are terrific. The pool area had plenty of seating/sunbeds and was ideal for us with plenty of shade provided for the young children. About a 20 minute walk into town which was fine for us. Only thing I would add would be mirrors in the bedrooms.
