For guest convenience, there are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor, 1 double room (with an additional sofa bed suitable for 1 additional child) and a twin bedroom. Each share a separate shower room.

Parking is not available on the property itself, but is plentiful without a charge directly outside the property.

• TOURIST TAXES

Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, where charges of around 1€ per person per night are applied to a maximum of 7 nights. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
