Downstairs, a well-appointed kitchen/diner, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals to be enjoyed at the dining table.

The bedrooms consist of a double, a ground-floor double, and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a lower-ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a tiered rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and roadside parking a short walk from the property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles, Beach 0.3 miles, Afon Teifi 0.1 mile. Note: Access to property on ground and first floors. Return year after year to Rushfield.
