This property is located within the grounds of the owner's coastal farm and situated within the AONB that extends around the Porthwen Bay as well as the magnificent Porthwen Brickworks scheduled monument.
The property is ideal for families, friends and four-legged travelling companions who are seeking a wonderful retreat to the coastal spot of North Wales, located on the outskirts of Cemaes Bay. Behind the doors at your new abode, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan area, thoughtfully laid out with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for four, and an inviting sitting room.
Here, you can relax and unwind in front of the TV, warmed by the glow of the electric fire after a day of exploring the local area.
When the sun is out, head to the rear garden, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area on the patio, perhaps with a good book or a refreshing drink.
The lawn provides a safe space for pets to play, while the patio furniture offers a spot for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the sun. Cae Garreg consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with dining seating for four, and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture and private driveway parking. One small well-behaved pet welcome (no large breeds), Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 2.2 miles, a pub within 1.9 miles and a beach in 0.8 miles. Cae Garreg is a wonderful escape to Sir Ynys Mon, whatever time of year. Please note: For 2025 This property can only accept bookings starting on a Monday or Saturday, For 2026 his property can only accept bookings starting on a Saturday.
