For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in. All linen and towels are provided. For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own. Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen. Booking Notes The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 adults. Please note that the sofa bed is only prepared for reservations with more than two guests.
If your booking is for two people and you wish to use the sofa bed, note that this request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and an additional fee may apply. To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 150€ is required, payable by credit card before arrival. Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent 7 days before your arrival. The entrance code will be sent 2 days before your arrival. This property is a self check-in unit and check-in time is 16:00 or after.

Excellent location, with sunny balcony and views into the castle. Porto Santa Maria has a live easy listening music each night in the bar. 5 minutes level walk into town centre. Bins and washing machine are in a cupboard along within diagram showing where the rubbish goes which is a couple of hundred metres away.
