It is perfectly located on a beautiful avenue, just 5 minutes walk from the bustling Main Street where you will find a choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, and 10 minutes from the train station and beach. We pride ourselves on maintaining extremely high standards of comfort and cleanliness and this is reflected in our top class reviews.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer and a dolce gusto coffee maker.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and dine, and offers a smart television and internet access. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains ample storage and a very comfortable kingsize bed. There is one shower room, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in larger sized rainfall shower.
Ample linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am. Smoking/vaping is not allowed. There is on-street parking at the property. Pets are allowed at the property, but are not allowed on the sofa or bed.

Lovely property with open plan living room and kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Clean and bright. Short walk to the high Street. Lots of choice of pubs, restaurants and shops..

This was a nice cosy space for myself and my 3 dogs while visiting family. I had no problem parking my motorhome outside the flat. There was access to a green space just across the road for the dogs.

Lovely and clean, Cath is really great with communication. It’s our 2nd time staying here whilst visiting friends in Ayr.
The beach is 5 minutes away also plenty of shops pubs cafes to visit in prestwick on the high street. Very cosy and warm apartment with a small garden ideal for the doggies. I’d definitely recommend this place.
