Lark Rise is a charming mid-terrace house within the Northumberland Coast National Landscape in the picturesque village of Alnmouth, Northumberland.
Set in the heart of the village, with convenient bay parking for one car and a sun-trap garden, this delightful retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a coastal escape. Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan area, where you can enjoy quality time with your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals including a handy dishwasher to help with the cleaning up. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, seating up to five guests, and the integrated dining/sitting area allows for easy relaxation during your stay.
Storage cupboard for shoes, coats and outdoor gear. The property boasts three bedrooms, each with a pop of colour, differing from the soft blues in the living space that pay homage to the property's seaside location; the first is a king-size, with plenty of built in storage space, the second bedroom features a single bed and more built in storage space, and on the second floor, you will find a charming twin bedroom, offering a serene retreat after a busy day of exploring. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and an overhead shower, as well as a basin, heated towel rail, and WC. White slatted shutters throughout the house allow sunlight in and privacy when needed.
A handy cloakroom with a washing machine, basin, and WC is also available, adding to the convenience of your stay. Outside, the property benefits from a separate, secure (lockable) patio garden, with a small lawn and summerhouse.
Here, you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, while taking in the tranquil surroundings; it’s also an ideal place to store outdoor gear or hang wetsuits and beachwear. Lark Rise is a house consisting of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a dining room with a dining table for four guests, and a sitting room with a TV. Storage cupboard for shoes, coats and outdoor gear. There's also a cloakroom with a washing machine, basin, WC, and a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), a second-floor twin, and a single with truckle (pull-out bed). Outside, there is a rear garden with a lawn, patio, and bay parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.
