Access to the building is width restricted at the ground floor as the archway is also used for parking.
Inside the building please note the communal area has seen better days! However, once you arrive inside the apartment you will notice it is as per the photos and recently refurbished.

The property is in a great location for The Piece Hall and some great restaurants. The property is perfect for a short stay and was clean with the usual amenities. The communal areas need attention and the area outside the entrance door is by the refuse bins which isn’t ideal but we were aware of that when booking.

I had a wonderful stay in this flat. It was extremely clean & every little detail was thought of. The host was very good with communication & any help I needed. Yes, the front of the building could be tended more too. But you get to the flat & all is better. I will 100% be staying here again.

Perfectly located in the centre of town and comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. As explained in the description, the rest of the building was a bit tired and in need of some attention. The listing did state there was parking when there isn't.
