The family bathroom is located on the ground floor too, with bath and power shower over and cosy underfloor heating; along with a separate toilet and utility room with washer/dryer.
Venture upstairs and there are three wonderfully decorated bedrooms, two double rooms, one with TV and valley views plus a twin room with feature fireplace. Just a few minutes’ walk will take you to the delightful Elizabethan harbour, some fabulous views and dramatic scenery.
The village is charming, with river running through to the sea and the Southwest Coast Path revealing breath-taking scenery.
Beautiful cottages, along with gift shops, pubs, and cafés. There is also a rather unique walking route called the Smugglers’ Way, which links many of the Cornwall’s most notorious places once associated with wreckers and smuggling now past.
The incredible north coastline boasts some of the finest beaches in the county, with Polzeath, Crackington Haven, Bossiney Cove and Trebarwith Strand just a few. The variety is such that surfing, swimming, and sunbathing can be enjoyed to the full.
