OUTSIDE SPACE Fully enclosed garden with established hedge gives privacy whilst being a sun-trap for those who enjoy lazing in the sun.
Partly laid to lawn and offers a large patio area with dining table and chairs for the evenings BBQ. There is a communal "village green" in the centre of the cul-de-sac, an ideal place for children to play and a small foot path leads to the beach 500 Metres away. PROPERTY NOTES: • Parking Space (1 car) + Off Road Parking • We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours. INCLUDED: • Heating, Electric and water • Bed linen (1 doubles & 4 singles) (Unless requested kingsize arrangement(s) • Bath Towel per person (Max 6) • Bath mats, Tea towels and Ovenglove • Wifi Internet BOOKING DETAILS: It is not possible to add extras when booking via an advertising channel like this one, therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, these must be requested at the time of booking and paid for directly with Croyde Holidays Agency. House was in the perfect location. Only 5 mins to Croyde beach plus Saunton sands & woolacombe. After walking woolacombe beach u must finish up at Beachcombe cafe 4 breakfast. Walk to Baggy point is amazing with views, fresh air and detoxing yr mind

Cute cosy home with everything you could need for a relaxing break. Spotlessly clean and modern. Nice garden to relax in on a sunny day. Perfect location for beach and village. Will be back!
